Dear list members,

In Singapore, the ICANN Board approved the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG) Charter. In support of this evolution in noncommercial representation at ICANN, the NCUC-NCSG-Discuss list will be renamed to the NCSG-Discuss list. This list will be used by members of the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group for policy discussions. All policy discussions, without any exemption, should take place within the newly established NCSG list and constituency chairs (with the assistance of their Executive committees) should ensure that this occurs.
Subscriber management functions and a message archive (including messages archived prior to the renaming) will be available at <http://listserv.syr.edu/scripts/wa.exe?A0=NCSG-DISCUSS>.

This change is scheduled to occur within the next 1-2 business days and only requires minimal action on your part. To ensure uninterrupted delivery of messages to your email account, please
ensure that your email filters (if any) are updated to receive mail from <NCSG-Discuss at listserv.syr.edu<mailto:NCSG-Discuss at listserv.syr.edu>>
If you have any questions, please contact <bkuerbis [at] internetgovernance [dot] org >

 Sincerely,

Konstantinos Komaitis
NCUC Chair
