hi rudy,

No comment for re-organization. all that have to do is change the minister
and add officers who have IT skill, public policies, and law background.
besides, stop applications projects that have been overlapping, start to
regulate and encourage indonesian people to develop internet source
business, Indeed stop to explore too much about pornography. please keep
in mind that my memberships in NCSG is not as government officer, so this
opinion regard to my personal opinion as part of indonesian rpeople.

for further regulation (government regulation, minister regulation) have
been drafted, but still in harmonization in Ministry of law and human
right, to prevent that regulation "INCONFLICT" with other regulation.
Infact.. goverment always work slowly.. I don't know how many years that
they need to do harmonization.:)

I agree with you, there is no country who already TOTALLY success to do
process 'filter'. But, still we have to do our best to place "pornography"
in good order, means there is certain regulation, term & condition. so, we
can protect country from decreasing of morality:)

Regards.

Dwi
