SPAM-LOW: GAC/Board meeting in Brussels

[Alex Gakuru]

Will governments pick this very angle to justify their want of increased
role i.e. to protect their consumer publics by amplifying "global public
interest" that we have been shouting ourselves hoarse all the time? I don't
know.
