Charter Vote

Hi Avri, I notice I am shown in the list (*) as representing Rits, which
is no longer active (stopped its activities more than two years ago) --
the organization I represent is Instituto Nupef.

As my old Rits email is no longer used (although it is not yet dead),
the ballot might have been sent to that old address. How to fix this?
