Petition to form a new ICANN constituency

Dear All: 

I have to echo Konstantinos' comments and I am equally confused as to the purpose and scope of this group.  My view is that if we break up the non-commercal constituency in to its separate parts starting with not-for-profits, then we may as well create NGOs, individuals, etc.  The same goes for the other SO who could then be broken down in to their respective "interest" parts, e.g., e-tailers, financial institutions, manufacturing, etc.  I must admit I am at a loss to see the benefit of that ESPECIALLY considering that ICANN is already buried in convoluted processes and structures.  I think we should try to work on a sub-group within the NCUC to address Amber's et all concerns/interests.  Having said that, however, I certainly do not profess to understand Amber's et al concerns/interest to properly assess whether that would suffice etc.  Anyway, I just wanted to voice my confusion and concerns with respect to the break up an SO which has worked quite well within the ICANN process and I fear that the more we dilute us, the less effective we will be.
