support for teleconferences - monthly - but we meet every 3 weeks or so

One issue I wanted to raise on Initial Staff Implementation Report "Providing Administrative Support Services to GNSO Stakeholder Groups and Constituencies - the Toolkit".

The toolkit proposes to assist SG's and C's  with support for teleconferences - which is great and much appreciated - and NCSG has already begun to take advantage of this helpful feature.  

The problem is that the toolkit proposes that support to be provided only monthly - while NCSG has been trying to hold policy calls in conjunction with every GNSO Council call - which is more often than monthly - more like every 3 weeks.   So I'd like to suggest that we ask this provision be changed to provide for support for the teleconferences as often as the GNSO Council meets.   Having these open policy calls every day or two before every GNSO Council meeting has really helped our counselors and membership to be better connected on the policy issues pending before council.   I believe some time has been set aside in Cartagena during the GNSO meetings over the initial weekend for this report on the proposed toolkit to be discussed, so perhaps we can bring this minor point up then.
