Recordings and transcripts of Council and other GNSO group meetings are on the calendar site, http://gnso.icann.org/calendar. 

Listening to the recording post hoc doesn't help us make the argument that people should be able to listen in real time. The registrars are saying why should we spend even $60 if people don't use it and can listen to the recordings afterwards.  The last Council call was the first real time audiocast and only five people listened in, and that included staff checking to make sure it worked.  Hence the issue, as evidenced by the exchange below.
