Hello everyone, this is Yuanyuan Guan (Leslie), a NCUC New Member :)

Dear all, 

It's my honor to introduce myself to all of you. I am Yuanyuan Guan ( Leslie ), a deputy director of International Affairs Department in CONAC ( China Organizational Name Administration Center ).  In 2008, I successfully completed my Master Degree (LLM) on American Intellectual Property Laws, focusing on issues concerning the relationship between trademarks and domain names. I have been researching and submitting my academic opinions on domain name regulation to ICANN.  And honestly, it's my first time to come to ICANN Sydney Meeting and it has really impressed me a lot. At that meeting, I have met a lot of pretty friends and best people and fortunately I have been part of our NCUC team since then. I am so happy to know and work with all of you.I have received my Master law degree from Temple University, USA and I have also graduated from Tsinghua University, China and major in Law. On the next forthcoming ICANN Meeting, I am fortunately to be a member of ICANN Seoul Fellowship. I shall try my best to cut the mustard. 

I am looking forward to seeing all of you in Seoul.
