I noticed this too, and raised the point when Kieren asked (online) how they
could improve the experience. They need to integrate the online
participation more effectively.

Ideally, NCUC has someone in the meeting meatspace who is monitoring the
chat, intervenes when necessary, and either reads the question/statement at
the mic or cues the online person to read it. You can't really rely on a
staffer to know when to raise specific points, etc.
