FT article on ICANN and IRT issues

Was the Tuesday NCUC meeting in Sydney taped?  There were three of my group on the phone at various times, but we would like a copy of the tape.  Also, have you submitted any names to the board for the appointed seats on the GNSO?  Could you circulate the names for discussion?
