- that is not how ICANN is described, and how ICANN is projecting itself.

Thanks Avri - I fully agree. This is an old problem, but it became more
of a problem over time. I remember that also GNSO had problems sometimes
when we wanted to have some staff assistance - and we were told that
they may have different priorities.
