Draft Discussion Agenda for 11 August (Tuesday) NCUC Constituency Meeting

It is indeed pretty heavy, which is why I suggested doing the
constituency stuff first. Even so, if we are serious about filing
something with the ombudsman etc, probably there won't be much time
left to discuss the substantive policy issues. My suggestion would be
to triage and put just the most immediately pressing bits---IRT and
registrants rights----at the front of the line, anything else we do if
there's time. FWIW I may have to leave early.
