new chart on structure of GNSO and ICANN

ICANN has posted a new chart on its website to explain ICANN's
structure.
   http://www.icann.org/structure/

The new chart is very revealing of ICANN's deference to Regi$trie$
and Regi$trar$ in the GNSO (in bold) and oddly describes NCUC as
"universities/consumers".
