sample letters on new gTLD proposal

It is not a question either writing to the board or talking with other
constituencies.  It is really a matter of both.  The ICANN Board will
ultimately make the decision about what policy to accept, so it is
important for them to know the views of the Internet community.  The GAC
should also be contacted because they, like the GNSO, are debating
policy recommendations.  So there is no one place to focus energy, there
are several key inputs in this process: the GNSO, the Board, and GAC.
The GNSO and the GAC will each make their recommendations to the Board,
and the Board will vote to do as it wishes.
