Candidates for NCUC Chair

Hi,

Thanks Frannie for asking. I was wondering what was our bylaw
provision about being council member and the constituency chair, and
saw that Milton just answered. As I wish to finish my mandate as
councilor, I will not be candidate to the chair ...at least not this
time ;-)
