elections sytem ready

People,

The representatives of the institutions registered as NCUC members will 
be receiving by email (from ncuc2007 at registro.br) in the next few hours 
precise instructions in English on how to vote in the NCUC elections. 
Please read them very carefully -- although the voting process is quite 
simple.

We have defined the voting period from 27-feb-2007 00:00:00 UTC to 
04-mar-2007 23:59:59 UTC. This is a full six days, including this coming 
weekend. Even though the community is very quiet, I hope the extended 
period will make sure all of you get the message and vote.

If you have any doubts or difficulty with the system, please send a 
message to ncuc2007 at registro.br with copy to me (ca at rits.org.br).
