Milton, for the specific purposes mentioned, I do not see a problem. In
my view (which I recognize is of a tiny minority within NCUC) the whole
TLD system needs a complete revamping, and if there is an academic
institution (hired by ICANN or not) to provide quality analytical
feedback, we should support it.
