Public Comment on .Net reassignment solicited

ICANN has released some criteria for deciding who gets to
operate the .net registry. The GNSO is soliciting comments
on the draft report for three weeks. Marc Schneiders was
our representative on this "subcommittee" so I encourage
him to alert us to any issues. I have read the report and it
looks pretty straightforward.
