Executive Committee will meet August 18. Here is a first
draft of a proposed agenda. Any EC and NCUC member
should feel free to suggest additional agenda items.

1. Elections need to be held in October for EC, Chair, and two Council
seats.

Proposed Election schedule:
New member voting cutoff: September 1
Nominations open: September 7- 21.
Ballot preparation and approval, Sept. 22-27.
Statements from candidates, Sept 22- 27
Ballots distributed to list, September 28 (chair will
send current membership list to EC for review/approval)
Deadline for receiving votes, October 10
Results announced, week of October 11.

ICANN meeting (Dec 2-5)
EPIC/Public Voice conference (Dec. 6)
