I'm not sure I understand why in your view the management of .us is utterly 
irrelevant to this constituency.  I thought that your Charter declared your 
constituency purpose to be the "support of non-commercial speech and activity 
on the Internet", and that this was not restricted solely to the gTLD 
namespace.

Perhaps you can clarify this matter somewhat.
