Actually, on the ICANN page referenced you will find only the ones
supporting ICANN. And with the significant exception of the East African
Internet Forum these are all parties with important economic relationships
with ICANN. Strangely, other views, such as the one from CDT (a public
interest group), don't seem to have been posted by ICANN. And it was sent
a copy. So you'll have to read about it here:

One of the saddest things about ICANN, and one of the reasons it has
earned such mistrust, is that rather than engaging its critics it
reflexively tries to suppress them. The ICANN web page is treated as a PR
exercise, not a forum for debate or engagement. Despite repeated requests
from Karl Auerbach since he joined the board, ICANN refuses to post any of
his ICANN or DNS related papers. This practice began long before his
lawsuit: they just didn't like what he said.

And where for example, is the notice of the recent Markle study on
accountability at ICANN? You'll not have seen mention of that on ICANN's
front page. It was released Aug. 12, and you'll have to read about it
here: http://www.icannwatch.org/article.php?sid=896
