My own introduction to Professor Mueller was at INET in Kuala Lumpur, before
work on ICANN was even started.  In those days, the focus was on the IAHC.

Milton made a presentation about the committee's work. (You may recall that
I was on the committee and just a tad active, so I surprised at his analytic
efforts, given that he had had no involvement in the activity.)

The treat was in listening to him offer a detailed analysis of our work. He
was clear and forceful about what we had done. It was also nearly completely
wrong about all of the key facts he asserted.

Professor Mueller's objectivity could not possibly have declined over the
years, because it has never existed.

Milton always emphasized "fear, mal-intent, and conspiracy" [TM]
