References to Internet rough consensus do not require unanimity. In fact
for any interesting topic, there is always somebody, somewhere who unhappy
with the consensus view.

The fact that a clique of chronically-dissatisfied, vigorous complainers
have -- once again -- said that they are dissatisfied, does not constitute
refutation of a claim of rough consensus.
