James,
Please try not to distract the discussion.
You have put the ITU forward as desirable for an ICANN oversight function
but appear unwilling or unable to focus on the difficulties that would be
necessary to overcome to make such oversight practical.
Moving from idea to operation requires working through the
details. Comments about practical limitations are not an attack on your
person, they are part of the process of making an idea practical.
Please try to refrain from lashing out with emotional attacks just because
someone is pointing out practical concerns about your proposals.
