In the previous arrangement, the adcom should only request from ICANN
(Diane Schroeder) to issue you an invoice. After getting it, you have
only to pay (check, credit or bank transfer) yours dues to Icann.
I am not aware of a new procedure, proposed by the new adcom, so it
should work that way.
