Milton, I think the Adcom should suggest  a process for filling the Task
Force slots.   My own preference would be to post a list of the positions
that NCC can put people on, and then allow people to write to volunteer or
suggest others.   I'm not particularly interested in the transfers one
myself, but maybe some others are.  I was interested  at one time in the TF
on new TLDs, as was someone else, but maybe others are too.  And maybe the
Adcom has other ideas.   I think we can let the Adcom deal with the Accra
mess first, and catch their breath, and then deal with this later.  Jamie
