Is that not to be used to fund $ 125.000 per candidate to help them with 
the cost of dialoging with Louis Touton? I though I saw a commitment on 
that. So I suppose that Louis will also get the same amount to interface 
Joe and another one to pay Joe for that task, plus another one for expenses.

This should cover most of the ICANN/JDRP budget for the months to come 
until the MoU is not reniewed or is reniewed with the DoC funding requested 
by Stuart. DoC acting as a proxy for the Govs who might come later on.
