Michael Froomkin was already selected as the 
NCDNHC representative on the UDRP TF. Given his
expertise in UDRP and related law, I see no reason
to replace him. 

Perhaps you mean that Harold would replace me as
co-chair of the TF. That is fine with me. But in
that case the UDRP TF itself must select the co-chairs,
and the process for doing that is not clear.
