[ncdnhc-discuss] CIRA press release on election

For the record, the press release now says "over 800" members 
participated.  This changed from yesterday when I posted it; the 
material quoted below was a direct cut-and-paste from the CIRA web 
site.  More precisely, according to the totals below (which have not 
changed in the latest version of the press release), there were 2625 
votes cast, and each member was allowed 3 votes.  2625/3 = 875, which 
is probably pretty close.
