Adam and all,

This constituency had strongly addressed the need for reform from
earlier days of ICANN and the very reform is being done without
many inputs from or interactions with this constituency which is
unfortunate for both ICANN and NCDNHC.

As far as I understand many members of NCDNHC feel ICANN
is hopeless or the ICANN we knew is now dissappearing to the
history and many of NCDNHC members do feel inertia with frustration
based on experience that the efforts to be heard turn out to be futile.

However, NCDNHC should pull it together as a responsible entity.

Please, volunteer!
