Dany,

1.  Please provide a pointer to the official NCDNHC rule that permits 
excluding Kent.

2.  Please provide a record of the official Adcom action that removed Kent 
from the membership.

As of now, Kent is listed on the NCDNHC web page as having paid his dues.
