Here's some news for you:  You have no rule that permits excluding 
him.  Nothing even close.

So your excluding him is an entirely personal and whimsical act by people 
who have no authority to make such decisions.

Of course, it is only in keeping with the way this consituency is run, but 
it might of rather more interest to ICANN than who else Kent happens to 
work for.
