Folks, this exchange nicely underscore the reason that we need to refrain 
from responding to Jamie's queries unless and until he answers basic 
questions about the need for, and the utility of, those questions.

At base, Jamie is a) ignoring the cost of his questions, and b) an abstract 
and idealized model of organizations and people that has nothing at all to 
do with the real world, and c) an inability to articulate the nature, 
purpose and use of questions and their answers.

His response in this exchange demonstrates these points quite thoroughly.
