[ncdnhc-discuss] Another proposal of suplement for the .ORG report

Hi to all:

I want to propose another suplement in order to assure that only
Non-Commercial organizations and/or group of non-commercial
organizations applies and be engaged in the Operation  of the Registry
of .ORG:

"None Commercial Registry  and/or Registrar should seek  to apply and/or
partnership and/or be contracted in any way with any
non-commercial organization or group of non-commercial organizations in
order to engage in the Registry Operation and in the
the Policy Making process of .ORG. with the exception of provisions 
included in subsection 5.1  of the .ORG Registry Agreement
between Verisign  and ICANN".
