OK, I'll interpret that as a withdrawal from the runoff race.

Please let the constituency know whether you are withdrawing
from Adcom, too, because that would make Marc Schneiders
the EU representative. 

So our new Names Council representatives are:
 - Harold Feld
 - Erick Iriarte
 - Eung Hwi Chun

The idea that the vote results are wrong or cannot be "trusted"
is garbage. 

There was one organization that had clearly paid
its membership dues - INIA of Latin America - and for some reason
it did not get a ballot. We had to take time to understand the
problem and clear it up, that is why the results were late.

It is not easy to clear up confusion like that by means of asynchronous 
communication. We had to take a couple of extra days. Due to the
linkage between membership dues payment and voting rights,
the issue of who was an eligible voter and how to count them was
not as easy as Dany would like to make it appear. Nevertheless,
it is impossible for anyone to name a vote that was counted
that shouldn't have been counted, and it is impossible for anyone
to produce an illegitimate vote that was counted. There are,
of course, several members who sent in late ballots that were
not counted, but these would not have affected the results.
