[ncdnhc-discuss] One suggestion for .ORG TF participant!

I don't know if that is what James is suggesting, but at first blush that
sounds like a reasonable (outline of a) process to me. If there's
something wrong with it, could someone please tell me what it is?
All I can think of is that the non-profit might be a stalking horse for a
monopolistic registry operator, but the danger of such a body actually
winning seem tolerably remote, don't they?
