As far as I am concerned there is very little support
within NCDNHC for a greater ITU role. The only person
I have seen express support for it is Jamie Love, and
my impression is that it stems more from exasperation
with the general obtuseness of ICANN and its Board than
from any real understanding of ITU processes.

As someone who's worked in the ITU for the last 10 years (and still does) I
was surprised to learn there's growing support within the NCDHC for the ITU
