As you have noted, Alejandro did omit reference to some considerations.

Alas, he made the mistake of ignoring those considerations that have no 
practical value, particularly those that are not technically feasible.

An important component in having constructive discussions is that the 
discussion needs to pay close attention to the feasibility of each action 
being considered.  Ignoring practicality makes conversations easier and it 
can make those having the conversation feel quite good.  Alas, it suffers 
by being certain of no action.

The technical nature of the DNS is that it is centralized at each node of 
the tree.  Management of any node, including the root, must have cohesive 
management, thereby making it logically centralized.

One of these days, you should consider learning enough about the technology 
so that your suggestions will not requiring violating the physics of 
computer science.
