Hi Milton and all:

Well, as you may realize I sent the resolution as
passed with the ammount of votes in favor, against and
abstentions.

But, for clarifying...I didn't know there were minutes
for this meeting. I just read that Chris Chiu (thanks
Chris) has taken some minutes.

Sometimes it happens that the AdCom request for a
voluntary for takin minutes, but no one can really
engage for the whole meeting to stay and take minutes,
and possible that's why no one answers to such
requests previous physical meeting. However, during
physical meetings always someone shows up that can
make it partially and then it is done, at least part
of the meeting and it is very appreciated.

However, there's no such minute keeper, since still we
fail to have in a permanently basis the activity of
taking minutes.

All members are more than welcome to offer to take
minutes regardless if this person can attend the
meeting physically or not, since by remote
participation also this activity can be done m eeting
by meeting.

Best Regards
Vany
