[ncdnhc-discuss] Constituency meetings on November 12

Would someone in NCDNHC please draft a resolution
calling for full consideration of at-large 
representation at the MdR meeting?

We can debate and discuss it at the constituency 
meeting November 12.

It would take a half day to pull together a working
group of Board or DNSO Task Force on security. Then
the group can go and do its work with experts in
that field. Three days of it is a joke. It is only 
intended to divert us from other issues. Let's not
fall for it.
