Milton, the link points to a note that you sent, claiming an emerging
consensus. It does not declare a consensus and it does not substantiate
any claims.
The difference between your making a claim and your offering -- or
indicating the existence of -- proof of a claim is rather important, don't
you think?

Ahh. So now we have Milton to claiming to have access to the ultimate
truth, no matter whether discussions on this list agree with the positions
he espouses or not.
Milton, the work of discussion and consensus building is supposed to happen
here. On this list. You have not been delegated to formulate some sort of
global position and then espouse it on behalf of this group.

perhaps you could provide a point to the exchange in which you reported
that consultation process and were praised for it. it would be most
enlightening to find out what claims you made.
