The link you show below shows that the 
constituency discussions clearly "oppose 
any evictions" and "urge that .org remain
an unrestricted domain." 

In addition to that process on the list
back in June, I engaged in direct consultations 
with a broad spectrum of North American 
groups in late July and early August.
The results confirmed that position,
and was forwarded to the list. There
was no opposition expressed on 
the list.

While I was conducting North American
consultations, I invited you to 
hold regional consultations in
Latin America. Did you? 

In fact, during the Names Council ORG
Task Force process, members of two
other constituencies praised the consultation
work we did, and the reason an NCDNHC
member was chosen to lead the TF in the
first place was because of our initial
work in developing a position, which 
far exceeded anything other 
constituencies had done. 

We can formally express our 
support for the .ORG positions when
we discuss the Marina del Rey 
resolution, and when there is an
online vote afterwards.
