I am totally agree with you. DNSO Secretariat should take care not only
to send to the GA and to NC announcements.
All also should be sent to the constituency list.
In the DNSO website informes about the Public Commets but it is not
informative about deadlines. I will propose this be included too.

I am totally agree that the NCDNHC must coordinate our responses in this
subject. In a previoius e-mail I proposed a series of questions
in order to be answered by means of voting on every question.
I propose now that in order to coordinate our responses, to organize a
voting on every paragraph by separate of the document of .ORG that is
being right now for public comments, in order to know the orientation of
the NCDNHC official position, since still doesn't exists official
position of the NCDNHC.
What all of you think?
