As addessed, echoing that leaving works-in-progress out 
at the expense of "security" might not be a right direction,
I also want to support suggested direction of "security" and 
"stability" discussion in the upcoming LA ICANN meeting.

I support that Internet should be distributed and decentralized.

It has been observed that there has been lack of inputs from 
ASO and PSO. It might be a right time for ICANN community 
to witness whether those SOs have been existing as parts of 
ICANN.
