ICANN Board has made a resolution in Montevideo
regarding country and geographical names in .info,
which followed the recommendation of GAC regarding
such issue.

However, such recommendation, only takes in count the
ISO-3166 list, which, sadly is based latin characters
only.

I would suggest to develop a resolution to deliver to
the ICANN Board and GAC (through NC or directly) where
it takes in count also all translations in all
existent languages and characters based in any
existent standards of non-latin characters and or
authoritative dictionaries containing such
translations (for example, for Spanish translations,
it shouls be based in the Royal Academic Spanish
Language dictionary which is the authority for Spanish
language).

Best Regards
Vany
