Milton, you need to re-read the description of responsibilities of the
Adcom. It has been functioning as if it were an "executive" management
team, rather than a group form to provide administrative
assistance. (Remember that the "Ad" in Adcom is for "administration".
Is also is entertaining to have people debating about ICANN staff's
behavior, given that none of the participants in the debate have any
facts. Just conjecture.

Hmmm. Let's see. Before we can have a meeting in which the community will
gather and discuss things, we need to consult the community, so it can
discuss things about discussing things.
Milton, have you ever tried to administer a group that gets any work done
under such a management model?

First you invent wording that was not in their announcement, and then you
claim that they backed down.
Nice, Milton. Very nice.

Ahh, I see that you are still claiming that Lynn's note contained language
it did not contain. Tsk. Tsk. That's what you get for refusing to read
messages that you find unpleasant. You miss refutations of your misdeeds.

Yeah. Right.
