A ongoing class action lawsuit against NeuLevel has been left in limbo after
the plaintiffs failed to post a court-stipulated bond. The trial judge in
this case had previously held that certain processing fees charged by
NeuLevel to register .biz names may have constituted an illegal lottery. The
court had ordered NeuLevel not to rollout some 53 000 contested names that
have been registered under this scheme. NeuLevel had already postponed the
launch of its new .biz Top-Level Domain until November 7, 2001.
