[ncdnhc-discuss] WHOIS and registered DNS servers: DNS nameservers with domain names under ccTLDs unable to resolve domain names undergTLDs

I don't blame ICANN staff since they reported me that they sent all the
information we provided to NSI.

I don't know what happened in NSI about our information to be updated.
