I thing those wanting that similar policy applies to the NCDNHC, then
those interested maybe can join in a group and work in the ICANN
document to adapt it to the NCDNHC, propose a resolution for the
membership to vote on it.  Otherwise, this disucssion will last
forever.  

Lets the membership decide about it.
