[ncdnhc-discuss] Raul will be our Structure representative

Dear Vany,

Now, there is no final ToR of that TF. 
And as a NCDNHC representative of Names Council, your responsibility is to
argue our position as NCDNHC, but not to wait for Chair's answer.
Furthermore, it should never acquiesce the closed pattern of discussion
preferred by other constituencies. 
It is just comment period for the suggested ToR of the TF of Structure. It
ends on 28 Nov.
And my comment on the issue of TF vs. WG has been suggested as a clear
comment on the proposed ToR of the TF, but not as an idea of resolution of
NCDNHC.
